We collect standard business contact information (such as name, business email, phone number, and list size) when you book a call or engage our services. When you become a client, we securely process your payment information through our PCI-compliant payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.

2. Data Ownership & Security (Strict Silos)

DARK GOLDEN MAVERICK LLC enforces strict data separation. Client databases are permanently siloed. We do not aggregate, pool, or utilize your end-user data for any other client's campaigns. We do not own, share, sell, or rent your subscriber lists under any circumstances. Your customer data remains entirely your property.

3. Third-Party Integrations

To provide our services, we may integrate with your existing marketing platforms. Data processed through these platforms is governed by their respective privacy policies and your direct agreements with those vendors.
